Contact
This page explains how to reach the operator of Echoes of Aincrad Guide and how corrections and updates are handled.
What This Site Handles
The primary use case for contact is corrections and updates: if you have spotted an error, know a claim is outdated, or have identified a new official source that should be added to the evidence registry.
For corrections, the fastest path is to:
- Note the claim and page it appears on
- Note the source ID shown on that page
- Check the Sources & Corrections page to see the correction procedure and required evidence standard
- Contact the operator once a public contact channel is available
What This Site Does Not Handle
- Technical support for the game — contact Bandai Namco or your platform store
- Partnership or affiliate inquiries — advertising is disabled on this site
- Content partnership or guest posts — this site does not accept external content
- Press or media inquiries — this is a fan guide; refer to Bandai Namco for official press contacts
Current Contact Method
Pending operator configuration
The operator has not yet set up a public contact channel. This page will be updated with a working email address or contact link once configuration is complete.
If you need to submit a correction urgently, please note:
- Which page and which claim needs correction
- Which source ID it traces to
- What the correct information is, with a link to the official source if available
Corrections are reviewed against primary sources before any page is updated. Submitted corrections are not acted on automatically.
Response Time
This project is operated by a single person working in their free time (typically weekday evenings, Asia/Shanghai timezone). Response times may range from a few days to two weeks. Urgent corrections (e.g., a completely wrong claim that could mislead players) are prioritised but no guaranteed response window is offered.
